Ingredients

1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt, drained
1/2 cup dark sweet pitted frozen cherries
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 small banana
about 5 tbsp flax seed meal
about 3 tbsp organic coconut oil
1 scoop whey protein
Tips
I use the 2 cup mason jars. Fill about 5/6 full, then add the cap and freeze. My drive to work is the perfect amount of thawing time - I just stir it with a straw and enjoy!
Directions
add (in order ingredients are given) to blender and puree until smooth - the flax seeds will still show (similar to strawberry seeds)
