Ingredients

    1 fresh banana
    1 orange, peeled
    1 tbsp. honey
    1/2 cup greek yogurt
    1 16 oz bag frozen fruit
    1 scoop muscle milk protein powder
    2 cups mixed greens (kale, spinach, chard)


Directions

Put all ingredients in blender. Add 1/2 cup water. Blend until smooth.
