Ingredients

    3 pears
    2 tiny red bananas or one regular banana
    1 orange (orange rind cut off, but leave the white)
    1 small apple
    2 Tbsp juice concentrate
    8 oz apple juice
    1/2 c water
    1/2 c ice

Tips

Use a vitamix to process. Can't promise this will work in a lower quality blender.


Directions

3 pears, 2 tiny red bananas, an orange, a small apple, 2 Tbsp juice concentrate, 8 oz gravenstein apple juice, 1/2 c. water, and 1/2 c. ice. Blend in vitamix on smoothie setting.

Serving Size: Makes 4 decent servings.
