Ingredients

    1 can of chunck chicken breast (12.5 oz)
    2 carton Yoplait greek 100 calorie lemon yogurt
    2 TBS spicy brown mustard
    1/3 cup pecan halves, chopped
    1/2 small sweet onion, diced
    1 stalk celery
    1 small apple (I like Gala), chopped
    salt, pepper & chicken grill seasoning

Tips

For a drier, less creamy salad, only use one carton of yogurt.


Directions

Chop veggies and mix it all together. Add some salt, pepper and chicken grill seasoning to taste. Let it sit about 15 minutes for the flavors to marry.
