Ingredients

    Yoplait Thick and Creamy Vanilla lowfat yogurt, 6 oz (any vanilla yogurt will do)

    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup (could use almond or other)

    Spinach, fresh, 1 cup

    Chia Seed - Spectrum Organic Essentials (1T/12g), 12 gram

    Frozen Mixed Berries, 1 cup (we use the bag from Costco)

    Spices per your taste...
    Cloves, ground, .25 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 0.25 tsp

Tips

Throw it all in a blender, pulse and blend until smooth. If berries super frozen -- make sure enough liquid in the bottom of blender to get things going
