Ingredients

    1 1/4 lbs lean ground turkey breast
    1 1/2 tsp creole seasoning
    1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    red chili pepper flakes - to taste
    cayenne pepper - generous pinch
    juice of one large lemon
    zest of half a lemon

Tips

Serve over 1/2 cup quinoa or brown rice. For Low Carb, serve plain with side of cooked broccoli.
