Ingredients

    Cook pasta and turkey according to directions.
    Mix turkey with 1.5 jars classiso tomato sauce.
    Mix egg whites, cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, and spinach in a separate bowl.

    Layer tomato sauce, noodles, ricotta mixture, mozarella, then repeat three times.
    Top with remaining mozarella cheese.

    Cook for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with tin foil if it starts getting too crispy.

Directions

Use a 9 by 12 inch glass pan and cut into 12 pieces to serve.
