Introduction

Ingredients

    1 3/4 lbs brocoli stems
    1/2 small onion
    3 cloves garlic
    1/3 c fresh parsley
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/3 cup crumbled feta

Directions

cook brocoli and put into food processor
saute onions and garlic and add to brocoli
add lemon juice, parsley and feta
puree and pour over cooked pasta


Serving Size: makes 8 x 1/2 cup servings
