Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1/2 cup 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    Six eggs
    2 cups and boy
    1/2 cup 2% milk
    1 1/2 cups Jimmy Dean Hurty turkey sausage
    Season with your favorite seasonings (basil, oregano, thyme, nutmeg)


Tips

You can also add other ingredients to your liking, such as onions, mushrooms, being pepper, chives, etc.


Directions

Whisk all ingredients together. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup place into nonstick muffin pans, sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, using 1/4 cup to measure.

Bake in preheated 400° oven for approximately 20 minutes.
