Ingredients

3 cups - Pecans, halves
3 cups - Almonds, whole
1/2 tsp - ground coriander
1/2 tsp - ground cumin
3 Tbsp - butter, unsalted
2 Tbsp - brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp - Wocestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp - ground cayanne pepper
1 1/2 tsp salt
Tips
Substitute with your favorite raw nuts -
pecans; almonds; walnuts; pistachios; pine nuts; hazelnuts; etc.
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a small skillet or pot over low heat, combine all ingredients, excepts nuts. Stir until butter melts & sugar dissolves. Add nuts & stir until completely coated with spiced butter.
Place coated nuts on a rimmed baking sheet in preheated oven, shaking the sheet or flipping with spatula several times for 10-15 minutes.
Let nuts cool completely & store in air-tight container
