Ingredients

Cut up Peppers and 1/2 sweet onion
    Cut Chicken breasts into strips
(the original recipe calls for the chicken to be dragged through 1/4 cp flour, seasoned with 1 tap salt and 1 tap Nutmeg
. pepper. I no longer do this to cut down on the fat.)

    Spray pan with PAM
Cook chicken until lightly browned, then peppers, then onions.
Transfer all to an oven proof dish.

    Mix 10oz. Of tomato soup

    1/4 cup lite soy sauce
    1 tap Allspice
    1tsp Nutmeg
    1 tip Cinnamon
    Heat til boiled

Add to dish with meat, onions, and peppers

    Cover dish with foil

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, or less.
