    12 ounces firm silken tofu
    1/2 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup ketchup
    2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
