Ingredients

    3 cans of beans
    2 cans tomato paste (6oz)
    1 Onion Chopped
    2 bulb garlic chopped/minced
    2 cup beef or vegetable broth
    1/2 lb of ground beef

Directions

Rinse bean and add
Chop onion and add
Chop or mince garlic and add
Add all other ingredients and cook on low for 8 hrs high for 6 hours
