Introduction

Ingredients

    4 tbsp hoisin sauce
    3 tbsp szechuan spicy stir fry sauce
    1.75 cups (1 can) chop suey vegetables (this is in addition to the large can below)
    1 large can chicken teriyaki with vegetables
    4 cups (1 box) vegetable stock (use seafood stock if adding shrimp, chicken stock if adding chicken, etc.)
    1 can straw mushrooms
    1.5 cups rice noodles (2/3rds of the bag)

Tips

add chicken or shrimp or tofu or whatever else you'd like in for protein (not included in nutritional counts).


Directions

cook the noodles in the seafood stock according to directions. combine all other ingredients and heat up. combine all together and you're ready to eat!

Serving Size: makes 6 good size bowls!
