Introduction

Ingredients

    Egg Beaters
    Parmesan Cheese
    Black Pepper (Red Pepper for Hero's)
    Cooking spray

Directions

1. Take small frying pan and lift it over your head 5 times; then spray it carefully with "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" spray
2. Put of burner at highest setting for 1 minute)
3. Lower burner heat to medium)
4. Shake a dash of black pepper (red pepper is even better) all around the pan.
5. Shake Egg-Beater container vigorously for one full minute.
6. Pour 1/2 Cup of Egg-Beaters into pan
7. Add cheese, being carefule to spread it over the entire pan.
8. Allow to cook for a full minute, and then turn half the omelet over onto the other half, forming a 1/2/ moon shape.
9. Add second dash of pepper.
10. Allow to cook for 15 seconds
11. Place on plate
12. Sprinkle dash of parmesan cheese on top.
