Introduction
I work full time and don't have much time to cook so I try to make soup simple but good. I need the soup to be satisfying, low calorie/reduced sodium, and filling! This works for me. Sometimes I have a double serving with one bread item as a complete meal. I work full time and don't have much time to cook so I try to make soup simple but good. 1/2 tsp. Parsley

Tips
You can use Healthy Choice Chicken Noodle Soup instead of the chicken with rice. I am basically just enhancing the Healthy Choice Soup so that it is more satisfying an nutritious.
Directions
I start with the chicken broth in large kettle, add onions, broccoli, and mixed vegetables, and simmer to make slightly tender. Then I add Healthy Choice Chicken with Rice Soup, celery, chicken, parsley, and pepper. Then I simmer until the vegetable are the right tenderness for me. Makes a lot of soup. Tasty and filling!
