Ingredients

    2 Bags Seeds of Change Quinoa and Brown Rice with Garlic - heat according to instructions
    Dice and add peppers, celery, cucumbers, and onions to quinoa and rice mixture, stirring to incorporate
    Measure and add raisins and craisins, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and seasoning salt, mix well and serve

This salad is a great "make ahead" addition to any meal, picnic or party.

Directions

Heat 2 Microwave Bags of Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic in microwave with 2 Tablespoons of Water in each bag for 2 1/2 minutes
