Ingredients

    2 cups, cooked quinoa (or rice)
    4 tablespoons butter
    5 tablespoons soy sauce
    2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 eggs
    1 cup of cooked chicken pieces
    1 small bag of frozen veggies
    sesame seeds for garnish

Tips

I have not made this yet - making tonight, so I'm not 100% certain on the serving size. I just broke it down to where I felt comfortable with the calories for me. Could be that it ideally makes just 4 servings. I will be eating 1/6 of the recipe though.


Directions

1.Place all ingredients in the crock pot on low heat, cracking the eggs over the top last.
2.Stir gently.
3.Cover and let it heat for at least two hours, or 1 hour on med-high heat.
