Introduction

A quick, easy appetizer dip using Greek yogurt base instead of sour cream. A quick, easy appetizer dip using Greek yogurt base instead of sour cream.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    4 oz. Plain Yogurt
    2 tbsp. Light Cream Cheese
    1 tsp. Lemon Juice
    1/2 tsp. Tex Mex Seasoning
    1 cup salsa
    1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    2 roma tomatoes (diced)


    Serve with Nacho chips if desired (not included in nutritional info)

Tips

Best if allowed to set in fridge for at least one hour or overnight.


Directions

Combine Greek Yogurt and Cream Cheese in a Bowl, blend well with hand blender. Add lemon juice and Seasoning, blend well.

Spread mixture in bottom of serving dish. Cover with Salsa, then sprinkle with Grated Cheese. Can be served as is, or add diced green pepper and tomatoes.
Refrigerate for at least one hour.

Serve with Baked Nacho Chips (not included in Nutritional info)
