Ingredients

    1 cup oatmeal, ground
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    3 tablespoons sweetner your choice
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1 scoop whey protein powder (your choice of flavor)
    4 eggs
    1 cup low fat cottage cheese
    1/3 cup greek yogurt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    optional ground flax seed any amount desired

Tips

I only used half a recipe for two 6-7 inch pancakes
and sugarless syrup...quite good actually.
I also added ground flax seed for additional nutrients.


Directions

Grind up the dry ingredients in a grinder of some kind so you have a powder/flour though you could probably leave the oatmeal whole

in blender add the wet ingredients, blend until smooth

use your favorite pancake pan/griddle
