    2.5 tyson chicken breasts (grilled and ready)
    1 tablespoon curry powder
    1/2 gala apple
    1/2 granny smith apple
    1/2 yellow onion
    1/2 packet dry ranch dressing mix
    1/8 cup ff sour cream
    1/4 cup kraft olive oil mayo
    10 seedless grapes (halved)

Directions

microwave chicken for 4 minutes and 30 seconds. dice all produce and chicken. mix all ingredients together.
