Ingredients

    1 c dry kidney beans
    1 c dry chickpeas
    2 c dry soybeans
    7 c water
    1 T olive oil:
    2 onion, diced
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    2 jalapeno peppers, diced
    2 heaping T chili powder
    2 T beef seasoning (McKays or homemade)
    2 T cumin
    1 T sea salt

Directions

Rinse:
1 c dry kidney beans
1 c dry chickpeas
2 c dry soybeans

Put in crockpot with 7 c water. Cook on high for 8-12 hours.

Sautee' in 1 T olive oil:

2 onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2 jalapeno peppers, diced

Add to crockpot and add seasonings:

2 heaping T chili powder
2 T beef seasoning (McKays or homemade)
2 T cumin
1 T sea salt

Stir. Put crockpot cook setting on low and cook another 12 hours or until beans are done.
