Ingredients

    16 oz beef top sirloin cubed
    1 can Hunts Diced tomatoes
    1 8 oz can of corn
    2 potatoes peeled and cubes
    1/2 cup red lentils
    2 cups chopped kale
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    3 cups chicken broth
    4 cloves of garlic minced
    1 tbsp. basil
    1 tsp. onion powder
    .5 tsp. McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions

Cube up sirloin, potatoes and place in crockpot with canned tomatoes, canned corn, lentils, kale, chopped celery, chicken broth, minced garlic and spices. Cook on high 4-6 hours or on low 6-8 hours.
