Introduction
This flan can be made with any vegetable or a combination of veggies of your choice. This flan can be made with any vegetable or a combination of veggies of your choice.Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients

500 grams Broccoli
1 small Onion
150 grams Fromage Blanc (This replaces cream. Use any Fromage Frais or fresh cheese.)
3 large Eggs
2 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Fresh ground Pepper
Directions
Makes 2 large servings.
Preheat oven at 200° C. with a ventilated heat.
Wash and chop the broccoli. Cut the onion finely. Steam both in a covered sauce pan for about 5 minutes.
Pour into a mixer. Add the fromage blanc, eggs, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix together.
Pour into a greased, cooking-paper lined loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes using ventilated heat if you can. Let cool on a grill for 10-15 minutes. Turn out onto a plate. This can be easily reheated in the microwave.
Optional: Add grated carrots or other veggies, canned tuna. Nutritional information doesn't reflect these optional ingredients.
