Ingredients

    12 oz (cooked weight) ground beef, drained (about 16 oz. raw)
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp. granulated garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
    shake of ground chipotle
    2 TBS sesame oil
    4 TBS cornstarch
    1 1/2 cup beef bone broth
    1/3 cup hoisin sauce
    1 TBS. Bragg's liquid Aminos (or soy sauce)
    3 oz. asian rice noodles, cooked
    2# frozen asian vegetables

Directions

1) In a skillet over high heat, pour sesame oil. Saute onion, garlic, ginger and chipotle until onion is tender.

2) In a bowl or shaker bottle, dissolve cornstarch into beef broth until smooth.

3) Stir broth mixture, hoisin sauce and Liquid Aminos into onion mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for one minute.

4) Stir in cooked ground beef.

5) Toss with frozen veggies, heat through, then toss in cooked noodles.
