    Organic Garlic Cloves
    Organic Red Bell Pepper
    Organic Jalapeno Pepper (medium to large size)
    Organic Lemon Juice or Juice of 1 lemon
    Celtic Sea Salt
    Organic Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
    Red Onion
    Organic Avocado


Mix all ingredients listed into a vita mix or good, quality blender. Add Olive Oil into mixture slowly while blending at low speed to create a creamy texture. If EVO added too quickly it can separate.

One can easily play with this and make their own. The garlic and Jalepno pepper can be adjusted to taste. it could be spiced up with a bit of cayenne pepper.
