Ingredients

    Lentil Soup - 2 cups
    Garlic & onion and Garlic - 2 cups
    Mushrooms - 8 oz
    Serrano Peppers - 8 oz
    Tomatos - 4 heirloom (small/medium)
    Cabbage - 1 head (medium)
    Beef (grass fed) - 2 lbs
    Ground Turkey (extra lean) - 20 oz

Directions

Cook beef and turkey in skillet. Throw all together in crockpot and cook for 4-6 hours or so until done.

Serving Size: Divide into 5 equal portions
