Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup brown rice flour
    1tbl. coconut flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1tsp. baking soda
    1 tbl. pumpkin pie spices
    sift all dry
    2 tbl. coconut oil
    2 tbl. molasses
    2tbl. ginger spread
    melt coconut oil, molasses, and ginger spread on low heat
    in sauce pan
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 lg. eggs
    mix eggs and sugar add a little at a time of the coconut oil mix then add
    1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk ( or milk of choice)
    mix wet with dry and cook on oiled griddle ( I ues coconut oil)
