    6 cups quartered red potatoes
    1 onion, diced
    3 tbs olive oil
    you favorite seasoning

Directions

Pre- heat oven to medium heat
place turkey in a large baking pan
in a large bowl, mixed rest of ingredients
and pour them over the turkey
bake untill tender.
