Introduction

Peel skin back off of the chicken. Slice both breasts completely off the bone. (balance I normally throw way or debone and give to the cats).
Chop chicken and combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Add honey mustard for more creaminess. Curry powder to taste.

    Chicken breasts- deskinned and copped
    2-3 green onions - sliced
    1 bag of roasted, unsalted sliced almonds
    1 bag of original craisins
    Curry powder to taste
    Mayo to taste and keep from chicken getting dry
