Ingredients

    lb of ground sirlion or ground beef
    15.25 oz white & gold whole kernal corn, drained
    15 oz seasoned black beans
    2- 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
    2 packages of Taco Seasoning mix
    hot sauce to taste

Directions

Brown ground beef. Add all ingredients to crockpot on low heat at least 4 hours.
