Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Half a head of a medium cauliflower
    4 medium eggs
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1/4 cup Calcitrim milk
    2 tsp baking soda or powder
    1 cup ground almonds/coconut flour
    ground pepper, to taste
    paprika, to taste

Tips

Can add bacon pieces, herbs etc. into the mixture.


Directions

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Grate the head of cauliflower (or pop into food processor) until 'rice like' consistency.

Add all the other ingredients to this and mix together until combined.

Tip into the prepared tin and bake for 45-60minutes, or until golden brown on top. (Sprinkle with paprika on top)

Slice and serve.

Serving Size: Makes around 8 good servings
