Ingredients

    1 (5 oz.) Can Tuna in water - Drain & Flake
    1 Stalk Celery - sliced or chopped
    3 TBSP chopped onion
    1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes - halved
    1 Sugar Free Sweet Pickle - chopped (optional)
    6 Bell Pepper strips (red, yellow or green
    3 TBSP Kraft Miracle Whip Light (or other brand)
    2 8" Whole Wheat Tortillas

Tips

It's a lot of filling and 3 wraps can be made out of it. For one extra serving of 1/2 wrap, add 50 extra calories.

I serve with a bowl of tomato or a broth based veggie soup.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate until ready to serve wraps. Place 3 strips of peppers and 1/2 of salad mix in a tortilla and wrap. Cut in half and serve.
