Ingredients

    2 T Olive (or vegetable) oil
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    2 tsp salt
    fresh ground pepper
    1 tsp dried rosemary-crushed
    10 medium red new potatoes unpeeled and quartered

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and toss potatoes well to coat. transfer to baking sheet Cook 50-55 minutes stirring once.
