Introduction

This is a great way to use up apples and have a nutritional snack. This is a great way to use up apples and have a nutritional snack.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 cup Truvia Baking Blend
    3 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup canola oil
    8 apples, peeled and slice as for apple pie
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts - optional

    Put first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir. Add the last 3 ingredients and stir well. If it seems dry, just keep stirring. It will come around. Place in a sprayed 9 X 12 pan. Make sure it is even in pan as dough is pretty thick. Place in a preheated 350 degree oven for approximately 55 minutes.

Directions

Bake for 55 minutes, testing for doneness towards the end.

Serving Size: makes 18 pieces when baked in a 9 X 12 pan
