Introduction

Ingredients

3/4 cup warm water ( 100 F /38 C)
1/2 cup warmed apple juice unsweetened
6 Tbsp + 1 tsp Nutella
1 cup All Purpose flour
1 cup whole whear flour
1 cup Rye flour
3/4 cup Quick Oates
1 1/4 tsp Salt
Quick -rise instant dried yeast ( 1 sachet or 8g/11ml)
Directions
MIX together all dry ingredients, add dried yeast. Add Nutella.
Warm up the liquid and add to dry ingriedients mixing in Kitchenaid with Dough hook until the dough forms a ball, add more water if necessary or a little more flour if necessary ....
let it knead on low speed till dough is smooth ( about 10 min.
Turn dough out into greased bowl and let it rest for 15 min,
Shape dough into a loaf shape and place in sprayed loaf pan.
Cover with damp towel and let rise in a warm place till doubled in size. ( about 1 hr - 1 1/2 hrs)
Bake in preheated oven at 350 F for 55 min until the load sounds hollow when tapped.
Turn out onto rack to cool.
