Introduction

Ingredients

    2# - 93% lean Ground Beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. Ketchup
    1/2 c. Water
    4 Tb. Lemon Juice
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. vinegar
    3 Tb. Worcestershire
    1.5 Tb. prepared Mustard

Tips

Can be done in the crock pot after cooking the meat. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 8-10 hours.


Directions

Brown meat and onion. Drain and rinse meat. Add the rest of ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
