Ingredients

    1 pkg oriental flavored ramen noodles
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup garlic-ginger stir fry sauce
    2 boneless-skinless chicken breast cut into chuncks
    2 minced garlic cloves
    16oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas, green beans) thawed
    1/2 medium onion cut into wedges
    1 tsp honey


Directions

Makes 6-1 cup servings
1. Cook the ramen noodles, follow the directions on the package. Do not add packet of seasoning to noodles. Strain off the water.
2. Mix the seasoning packet, honey, stir fry sauce and water in a small bowl.
3. Cook the chicken and garlic over medium high heat for 2 minutes in a non-stick pan spray with cooking spray.
4. Stir in onion and cook for an additional 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
5. Stir in vegetables. Cook 2 minutes.
6. Stir in sauce mixture and cook until bubbly. Then reduce heat to medium low and stir in the cooked ramen noodles. Cook until heated.
