    .5 c. green lentils (dry)
    1 c. black beans (dry)
    1 c. cannellini beans (dry)
    1 c. red kidney beans (dry)
    2 c. carrots diced
    1 clove garlic
    1 green pepper diced
    1/2 onion
    1 c. rice (dry)
    1 can tomato puree
    4 c. water

Tips

May want to boil the dry beans for 10-15 minutes prior to putting in the crock pot
