Ingredients

    1 Block extra firm tofu

    Marinade:
    1/4 Cup dry roasted peanuts
    1/4 Cup all natural peanut butter
    1/2 Cup water
    2 Tbsp Soy sauce
    2 Tbsp Terragon vinegar
    2 Tsp Honey
    2 Cloves garlic
    Red pepper flakes to taste

Directions

Press water out of tofu.
Mix marinade ingredients and whir in blender/food processor until wet ingredients are well mixed and peanuts are chopped.

Slice tofu block into 12 slices. Marinate overnight. Bake on a bookie sheet/jelly roll pan at 300 for 60+ minutes flipping and checking at 20 minute intervals. Tofu will firm up and brown.
