    1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into pieces
    1/6 cup = 2.6 TBSP light soy sauce
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup pineapple juice

you can put this over rice, and add a side of veggies.


Directions

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. mix the other 3 ingredients together and then pour over chicken. cook in the crock pot on low for 4-5 hours.
