Ingredients

    Flax seeds 4 Tbls
    Flax seed meal 8 Tbls
    Chia seeds 4 Tbls
    Almond Flour 1 cup
    Baking Powder 1/2 tsp.
    Unsweetened coconut 1 cup
    Butter 2 sticks
    Coconut milk (unsweetened) 1 1/2 cups
    Truvia (natural sweetner) 4 Tbls
    eggs 2
    Blueberries 1 1/2 cups

Tips

These are not meant to rise too much, but are very tasty and if you are on a low carb diet, are easy and quick for breakfast.


Directions

Mix all ingredients except for blueberries, well. Mix in blueberries carefully. Mixture should be stiff. Take about 1/4 of mixture and form a patty. Put in rows, leaving about 2" apart, onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 325 for about 30 min. They freeze well.

Serving Size: Makes about 30 - 3" "patties"
