Ingredients

    2 lbs chicken
    2-1/2 cups frozen mixed veggies
    1 cup swanson 33% less sodium, fat free chicken broth
    1 cup skim milk
    1 family size can Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup


    Pepper, spices to taste....even with reduced sodium products, it still has more than enough salt...do NOT add.

    Serve over biscuit if it doesn't take carb count too high.

Tips

Using low fat, reduced sodium ingredients makes this comfort food fit into my new lifestyle )


Directions

Boil chicken and cut into pieces. Add remaining ingredients and simmer on low 30-40 minutes.
