    3 lbs. Ground Round 80/20
    1- 13 oz. can of evaporated Milk
    1 box of Lipton Onion Soup Mix, using both packets.


    3 Tbls. sugar free Ketchup

    scant teaspoon of Brown sugar ( splenda)

    small squirt yellow mustard, mix these 3 things together an place on top of Meatloaf last 30 minutes of cooking time.

Directions

In large bowl combine Beef, milk, an onion mix. Mix together real well. Shape into a loaf pan, such as a bread pan or even in a 9x13, shape like as. cover w/ foil an bake at 350* for 90 minutes. Last 30 minutes cover with Ketchup recipe (given) an leave uncovered
