Ingredients

    1.5 cups garbanzo beans, soaked for 24 hours (Change water every 12 hours)
    Juice of 1 lemon
    1 clove garlic, chopped finely
    Salt to taste
    Dash of paprika
    3 medium tomatoes

Tips

After the garbanzo beans are soaked for 24 hours this recipe takes only about 5 minutes to make!


Directions

1. Mix garbanzo beans, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in food processor, pulsing until texture looks as pictured above
2. Slice tomatoes
3. Spoon hummus on to sliced tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle a little paprika on top if desired
