Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 LB ground turkey ( i use 99%)

    6 flour tortillas

    1 onion medium

    16 ounces of black beans

    1 packet of taco seasoning

    8 ounces reduced fat sour cream

    3/4 cup salsa divided

    2 cups of shredded cheese

Tips

add other toppings as you wish


Directions

preheat oven at 350 degrees

cooked turkey on stove top until cooked.

cut tortillas into bite size pieces, divided in half.

place half tortillas on bottom of pan. place half of turkey over tortillas. Add half of the turkey over tortillas.add 1 cup of cheese over turkey. place half of sour cream over cheese. add half of the salsa over dish.

Repeat same procedure with rest of ingredients.

bake at 350 until cheese is melted and meal is heated thoroughly threw. usually about 30 - 40 minutes. Cover dish with foil half way through cooking


Serving Size: makes 8 to 10 servings depending how hungry you are
