Ingredients

    Ingredients for base

    Whole wheat flour 1 cup
    olive oil for seasoning 2 tsp
    salt 1/4 tsp
    honey 1 tsp
    Eno fruit salt 1/2 tsp or instant yeast 1/4 tsp

    Ingredients for toppings

    pizza sauce 1/4 cup
    feta cheese 1 cubic inch
    bell peppers 1/2 cup roughly sliced
    spinach 1 cup
    pineapple chunks 1/4 cup
    jalapeno peppers 1 tsp chopped
    onion sliced 1 small


Tips

add any vegetable or fruit of your choice.


Directions

mix ingredients for base with light hand and make a soft dough. roll two tortillas out of the dough and let them rest on room temperature for 10 min.
preheat oven (or skillet if u want to make pan pizzas) and apply pizza sauce and other ingredient as toppings. bake it for 15 min to 20 min on 400`F or on skillet for 10 min on low flame and enjoy.
