Ingredients

    6 Large Green Onions - Chopped
    1 Bunch of Chopped Celery
    2 Green Peppers - Chopped
    2 Lbs. Chopped Carrots
    1 Pkg Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix
    2 Large Cans of Crushed or Diced Tomatoes
    1 Large Can Beef Broth
    2 Large Cans Green Beans

Directions

Combine the chopped vegetables with the soup mix; season with salt, pepper, and hot sauce (if desired). Cover with water and boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and add rest of ingredients; continue cooking until vegetables are tender.

    I tried this recipe twice. It worked for my mother who lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks. But you have to eat this soup with a strict daily diet instructions. For example...

    Day 1: Eat ONLY fruits and as much of the soup as you like.
    Day 2: Eat ONLY veggies and the soup, etc.
