Ingredients

    1 1/2 c whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c white unbleached flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    3 large eggs - beat well
    1/2 c. canola oil
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    3 ripe bananas mashed
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pineapple
    1/3 c. coconut flakes

Tips

insert tooth pick or clean knife, pull out, if clean= bread is done. Used glass loaf pans


Directions

preheat oven 350

grease and flour pans

mixed dry ingredients in one bowl
beat eggs and rest of wet ingredients then pour together and mix well. pour into pans and bake.
