Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 lemon
    1/2 orange
    1/2 grapefruit
    150g greek yogurt
    1/2C icecubes
    1T honey
    2T chopped fresh mint

Tips

Add a little bit of mint for a hot day .

Directions

1. Cut the citrus fruit in half and cut off the rind. Chop into cubes and put in blender (removing the seeds helps)
2. Chop up about a Tbs of the left over rind and put that in the blender with the honey, mint, yogurt and ice cubes.
3. Blend until smooth
4. Serve in a glass and enjoy
